Now in the NW Florida real estate business his primary focus has been to “market” properties professionally and not just “sell” them. “On major programs we work out a complete marketing plan and work proactively with our clients to meet their home rentals and sales expectations. Tim has been in sales and sales management for almost 20 years across various industries including Steel, Electronics, Radiation Oncology, and most recently, Rental Management. He and his family have been property owners in Walton County since 2004. Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, and he was a 2-Time All-American Scholar Athlete playing both basketball and baseball in college. Now in the Northwest Florida Real Estate business, Tim’s rental management experience and analysis expertise helps our Residential and Commercial clients “make sound financial decisions” and “meet and exceed” their property’s sales and rental goals.
Although Tim was born in Knoxville, TN (Go Vols!) and spent his adult life in both Dallas, TX and Atlanta, GA, he and his beautiful wife, Lydia, live in Miramar Beach now. Both Tim and Lydia enjoy traveling and spending time on the beach with their son, Adam, and their two yellow labs!

Lydia has been in Project Management for the last 15 years, working in Dallas, Atlanta, Sweden and Russia. Her experience is in Purchasing, Production and Inventory Management, Logistics and Process Improvement. Lydia has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, as well as her C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) and CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Manager).
When not working, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, travelling, photography, and spending time with her family and 2 yellow labs.

Although Renee was born in the chilly NE, she was raised in the South. Renee has called Florida home her entire life. She knows the area and the local scene very well. Many things have changed since she was in the first graduating class of Seaside Neighborhood School. Growth in permanent residency, tourism, business develpoment, and local government are all part of why she loves sharing this area with families who want their own piece of the Emerald Coast.
In her free time, Renee loves mountain biking through the hidden Longleaf Trails of South Walton with her husband and 6 year old son. She is passionate about educating others on and promoting a healthy lifestyle. She has placed in a National Qualifier for Figure (bodybuilding) and loves the gym. Renee is eager to listening to the wants and needs of others and loves sharing the coastal lifestyle!

Barney has 45 years experience in commercial and residential real estate sales and development, and 45 years experience in oil, gas and mineral subsurface property development and marketing. Barney has worked in Florida Real Estate for 26 years, in commercial and residential vacation property sales and development. He enjoys family gatherings with 6 children, 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Barney believes you should not retire until you are tired and that every real estate sale is a closing puzzle where obstacles should become opportunities and the way to change work into fun is by bringing your personal creativity into the mix.

Jeff has been in the Emerald Coast Real Estate market for over fifteen years. His expertise includes the sales and development of residential communities along 30A and throughout South Walton County. Jeff grew up in Tallahassee and subsequently joined the U.S. Navy. He became an aircraft mechanic and collateral duty inspector on Naval aircraft during the Gulf War.
After his service, Jeff moved back to the Tallahassee area where he completed his Associates degree and became a sales representative with a leading durable medical equipment company. He quickly moved into management, and in 1999, moved to the Destin area where he started his Real Estate career. Jeff has utilized his mechanical skills as well as his personal skills to achieve success. He enjoys helping others with problems relating to real estate, property management and maintenance. He also enjoys fishing, hunting and just relaxing on the beach.
Stacey has her Bachelor degree in Recreation and Tourism from the University of Florida. She has over 20 years of experience in sales environments for various industries including hospitality and insurance. She brings her attention to details when locating properties for her clients.
